Fully Automatic Gummy Depositing Production Line is able to do continuous production of soft gummy candy. Electric heating throughout — no steam required for cookers.
Process sequence: sugar dissolving → cooking → conveying → gelatin dissolving → conveying → mixing/filtering → temporary storage → mixing with colorants/flavors → casting/molding → cooling → demolding → conveying → drying → optional coating/panning.

1. Touchscreen-controlled depositor with online recipe and speed adjustment.
2. All-electric heating — no boiler or steam infrastructure required.
3. Industrial-grade gummy production with modular add-ons (drying, coating).
4. Casting speed is fully touchscreen-adjustable.
5. PLC-controlled insulated storage tank with stirring, auto temperature, and double-wall.
6. 304 SS construction throughout; food-grade pump internals; PTFE-coated molds.
7. Complete process from sugar dissolving to demolding in one integrated line.
