Gummy Making Machine
The sugar and gelatin syrup is cooked and mixed within a vacuum mixing tank. A circulation pump conveys the syrup to a lifting-type mixer, after which colorants and flavorings are blended in within a temperature-controlled holding tank. Utilizing a PLC+PID temperature control system and a precision servo-driven feeding mechanism, a depositing machine casts the gummy syrup into molds. Following cooling and demolding, the gummies are placed onto PVC drying trays and loaded onto trolleys for ambient-temperature drying. Finally, the gummies enter a surface treatment drum to undergo coating with sugar or wax.
