The YDB is a multi-lane stick packaging system built to dispense liquid and paste products in precise quantities, serving the food, pharmaceutical, and personal care sectors. It automates the entire packaging sequence—pouch forming, dosing, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, and date coding—in one continuous process. The machine runs several lanes simultaneously, boosting throughput. It features a PLC controller with a large touchscreen, stainless steel contact parts and housing, and a high-precision photoelectric sensor for accurate positioning. An automatic film-out shutdown minimizes material waste. Available in configurations from 2 to 10 lanes, it achieves outputs up to 30,000 bags per hour. The unit is simple to clean, operates stably, and is backed by a professional service team.
