Double Horizontal Sliding Door Water-Shower Sterilizer (Autoclave). Uses high-temperature circulating water as sterilizing medium delivered via spray. Closed circulating system controlled by external cold/hot resources through a heat exchanger. Designed for liquid sterilization in glass vials, ampoules, plastic bottles, and soft IV bags in pharmaceutical industry, and for beverage/food cans in the food industry. Horizontal cylindrical chamber in 316L stainless steel for superior pressure stability and heat uniformity.
Features:
1. Horizontal cylindrical 316L stainless steel chamber for stability under repeated heat/cool cycles.
2. Double horizontal sliding doors, cylinder-driven, with safety interlocks (no pressure with door open; door cannot open under pressure; door locked during cycle).
3. Efficient spiral spray / spray-board system for even heat distribution with no dead corners.
4. Plate heat exchanger with 316 stainless steel plates.
5. Cylinder bottom reservoir reuses pure chamber water — no separate water box.
6. Calcium silicate insulation deck; whole stainless steel wire-drawn external plates.
7. Standard GMP inspection interface (IQ/OQ/PQ programs).
