What filling process does your equipment use? Can you ensure that the dosage and pressure of each can are consistent?

We use the industry-leading “binary filling” process. First, a precise metered amount of propellant gas is injected into the can, then the liquid medicine or contents are filled. The filling accuracy for both gas and liquid can reach a high standard of 1%, and a precise pneumatic and servo control system ensures repeatability, thus guaranteeing a high degree of consistency in the internal pressure and volume of each can.

The equipment has a comprehensive explosion-proof design for flammable and explosive environments: the core power unit uses an explosion-proof motor, the electrical system is explosion-proof and grounded, key control components use a pneumatic system to reduce the risk of electrical sparks, and a tempered glass protective cover is installed in the filling area. These designs together form a solid foundation for safe production.

Absolutely. Our equipment features a modular design, with the standard line providing the core filling and sealing unit. You can then flexibly add modules like automatic weighing and leak detection machines, automatic button-pressing machines, and automatic cap-pressing machines, connecting them via conveyor belts to easily upgrade to a fully automated production line.

Changeover operations mainly involve mechanical adjustments. Typically, it requires replacing the mold components of the inlet star wheel and conveyor guide rails, and fine-tuning the height and position of the filling head. These mold components are standardized in design, making the replacement process relatively quick and effectively meeting the changeover needs of multi-variety production.

The equipment integrates an online quality control system. The core feature is the optional high-precision rotary automatic checkweigher, which can weigh each finished product in real time and automatically reject unqualified products with insufficient or excessive weight, achieving 100% online weight inspection and eliminating quality problems from the production end.
