Empty capsules are loaded into the hopper and fed to dual capsule-sowing stations, where they are oriented (cap down) into the mold plate holes. Vacuum from the integrated 40 m3/h vacuum pump separates the cap from the body inside the mold ring; the body remains in the lower mold while the cap is held in the upper mold. The lower mold-ring is rotated to the powder-filling station, where a tamping/dosing mechanism (with visible powder-level window) doses powder or granules into each capsule body. The upper mold ring is then realigned with the lower ring, and a pneumatic locking cylinder presses the caps onto the bodies, sealing the capsules. Filled capsules are ejected. PLC + FLEXEM HMI controls cycle timing; SHIHLIN inverters control mold and tamping speeds; OMRON relays handle interlock logic.
