Ribbon Blender
Full stainless steel horizontal U-trough ribbon mixer. Inner ribbon conveys material away from the discharge port; outer ribbon conveys material toward the discharge port. Under the convective motion of the double helix, a low-power, high-efficiency mixing environment is formed. All product-contact parts in SUS304, PTFE seal rings + stainless-steel cast sealing seats.
Features:
1. PTFE seal rings + stainless-steel cast sealing seats and covers.
2. Cycloidal gear reducer drive.
3. Compact welded steel frame with SUS304 outer panels.
4. Convenient cleaning; small footprint.
