Roll-fed PVC/PE film is heated, blow-formed into joined ampoule chains, filled, batch-coded, indented, blanked, and cut — all stations sequenced automatically by PLC + touchscreen under stepless VFD speed control. Two filling-system options: electronic peristaltic pump (high accuracy) or mechanical piston pump. All product-contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel that meets GMP standards.
