Pre-filled Syringe Denesting/Plunger-Rod Insertion (Twist-Rod) Intelligent Labeling System. Performs simultaneous denesting, plunger-rod feeding, plunger insertion (twist), and labeling for pre-filled syringes after filling and stoppering. Modular design supports inline or stand-alone operation. Cabinet constructed of 304 SS and POM for full GMP compliance.

2. Servo torque system: 4 servo motors with adjustable forward/reverse and per-wheel torque setting.
3. Patented elastic buffer anti-break feed mechanism.
4. Patented one-to-one gripper for plunger-syringe pairing.
5. Air-blow channel feed for higher infeed speed.
6. Diamond-grit (gold-grit) label roller for wear and slip resistance.
7. End-of-label sensor with predictive alarm.
8. Star-wheel positive-pressure reject mechanism with confirmation sensor.
