Powder metering filler/stoppering machine for vials. GMP-compliant, 304 stainless steel construction with 316L for product-contact parts. Core filler in a powder-injection line, used for vial powder filling and rubber stoppering, and similar powder dosing tasks. Bottles enter the filling zone where the filling port aligns center-to-center with the bottle, then a metering screw augers powder into the bottle. High-precision colour touchscreen HMI, PLC control, imported servo motors with VFD speed regulation.
