The BTB-G is a space-saving, semi-automated label applicator built for cylindrical containers with a diameter range of 10 to 150 mm. Operation is initiated either by a foot pedal or an optional automatic sensor, and the labeling cycle is finalized through pneumatic top-clamping. This unit is ideally suited for small-scale production, compounding pharmacies, and research and development laboratories. It delivers dependable, consistent performance, features easily adjustable components, and offers flexible activation options to accommodate varying operational needs.
Features:
1. PLC control system guarantees stable and repeatable performance, made of superior stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials, the pressing mechanism and product positioning bracket offer easy adjustment.
2. Equipped with a touchscreen interface for fast configuration, flexible operation via optional foot pedal or sensor-activated labeling, labeling speed: 15 to 30 bottles per minute.
3. Designed for round bottle labeling, compatible with bottle diameters of 10–150 mm.
