Automatic Flat Labeling Machine
Automatic Flat Labeling Machine
PT is an automatic labeling system engineered for applying labels precisely onto packaging with flat surfaces, such as cartons, boxes, pouches, and containers with flat sides. A label position detection mechanism guarantees accurate placement, while an integrated product sensor automatically halts the labeling action when no item is detected, reducing waste and preventing misfeeds. With a capacity of 20–100 pieces per minute, a PLC control system, and a touchscreen HMI, the machine delivers stable, high-speed operation. Its synchronous chain mechanism ensures smooth label application, and the SUS304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction offers excellent corrosion resistance.
Features:
1. Equipped with a PLC control system for stable and high-speed operation, touchscreen human-machine interface for easy, intuitive control.
2. Synchronous chain design guarantees smooth and accurate labeling, photoelectric sensing with automatic no-product-no-label capability.
3. Prevents undetected labeling gaps via an automatic missing-label alarm, constructed from S304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance, real-time output counting to support effective batch management.
4. Real-time speed display for instant throughput monitoring, dynamic bilingual menu with fault alarms and operation prompts, output capacity of 20 to 100 pieces per minute, suitable for labels measuring 6–250 mm in length and 20–110 mm in width, accommodates products with length 40–400 mm, width 40–110 mm, and height 2–150 mm.
