The RTB-K is a fully integrated automatic heat shrink sleeve labeling system that merges bottle transport, separation, sleeve placement, and heat shrinking into one cohesive machine. It delivers exceptional cutting and positioning precision with a tolerance of ±1 mm. Operators can choose between steam and hot air shrinking methods to achieve a smooth, wrinkle-free, and perfectly contoured sleeve fit on each container. This unit provides reliable, high-accuracy performance while maintaining the flexibility needed for diverse packaging requirements.
Features:
1. Stainless steel and aluminum build conforming to GMP standards, PLC-controlled system with touchscreen HMI and multilingual fault diagnostics, servo-controlled rotary knife with a cutting positioning accuracy of ±1 mm.
2. Integrated knife origin sensor removes the need for manual recalibration after blade removal, label feed with dual signals, inverter drive, and photoelectric tension regulation, automatic shutdown on low label supply with alarm and retained tail for easy splice.
3. Single-handwheel control for quick belt width and height adjustments, twin-belt synchronous brushing station for uniform sleeve placement, motorized height adjustment for fast and easy setup.
4. Shrink tunnel available with steam or hot air options for flat, bubble-free output, guide rails with anti-jam design prevent bottle jams inside the shrink tunnel, available models: 100RTB-K and -200RTB-K.
