The NCB is a tea bag packaging system operated through a touchscreen interface and PLC control. It handles small granular items such as soup bags, desiccants, granules, and broken tea, making it well-suited for the instant noodle sector. The machine processes tissue paper, filter paper, and aluminized film. It automates bag forming, dosing, filling, sealing, cutting, and counting in one continuous operation. Bag length can be adjusted freely without gear replacement. Available models achieve speeds of 30–80 bags per minute, with pouch dimensions varying by model. Power supply is customizable, and unit weights range from 320 to 450 kg. The equipment is engineered for easy maintenance, reliable performance, and supported by a professional service team.
