The WZH-D is a fully automated horizontal cartoning system engineered for high-speed packaging across pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical, and hardware sectors. It executes the entire cartoning sequence—automatic feeding, carton erection, insertion, batch coding, sealing, and rejection of defective units—in one continuous operation. The series achieves a maximum output of 18,000 cartons per hour. Servo and stepper motors drive the mechanism, governed by a PLC controller with a visual touchscreen. Photoelectric eye detection ensures precise tracking, and molds need not be changed when switching products. The unit automatically halts if no carton is present, and the main drive motor is protected against overload. Carton sealing can be performed via hot melt glue spraying or mechanical glue brushing. The machine complies with GMP standards and is available in four models with capacities from 1,200 to 18,000 cartons per hour.
