The WZH-A is a horizontal cartoning system engineered for small carton packaging across diverse sectors, accommodating both high-volume single-product runs and small-batch multi-variety output. It reaches a maximum cartoning rate of 19,200 pieces per hour. Compliant with GMP requirements, the unit is governed by a PLC and frequency inverter, with a user-friendly touchscreen for parameter configuration. Photoelectric eye tracking and detection, overload protection, and an emergency stop function are standard. Tool-free changeovers are quick and straightforward, and the machine halts automatically when products are not in position. Operating noise is kept at or below 75 dB. The series spans four models with speeds from 30 to 320 cartons per minute.
