Fully automatic 4-channel electronic counting machine purpose-built for nicotine pouches (NRT pouches) and similar small flat sachets. Photoelectric counting with three-stage anti-stacking corrugated plates and rolling brushes delivers >=99.8% counting accuracy at 10-300 pouches/min (15-20 bottles/min). PLC + Siemens 7-inch HMI controls; pneumatic gates (4 channels), buffer cylinder, vibrating positioning device. Stainless-steel construction; can run standalone or be linked with a bottle unscrambler, paper inserter, capper and labelling machine to form a complete bottling line.
