A semi-automatic electronic counting machine that integrates vibrating feeding, stepless oscillator speed regulation, touch-screen PLC intelligent control, and optical fiber sensor head counting into a compact, GMP-compliant desktop unit. Its dual-outlet design enables single-operator two-hand operation, effectively doubling fill capacity. An infrared light-curtain system with automatic brightness compensation eliminates manual adjustment and greatly improves counting accuracy. A ‘no-bottle, no-fill’ function prevents material waste.
