Semi Automatic Capsule Counter
The machine uses high-dust-resistant photoelectric counting technology. A vibratory discharge system disperses materials via friction and centrifugal force, guiding them through a photoelectric counting channel formed by intelligent optical-fiber sensors and amplifiers, which detect and count each particle as it passes. The PLC touch-screen controller accumulates the count and triggers the discharge gate when the preset quantity is reached.
