The GD-F series is an automated premade pouch packaging system that utilizes a horizontal bagging configuration paired with a dual-head spiral servo filling mechanism, delivering precise and efficient product dosing. It accommodates granules, powders, liquids, pastes, and solid pieces in various pouch formats. A high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor detects bag opening to prevent empty or jammed pouch failures. The stainless steel frame meets food-grade hygiene standards. Servo-driven automatic bag picking ensures precise grabbing across multiple pouch types. Dual-station unloading operates alternately for seamless transitions and enhanced speed. The servo motion control system achieves multi-axis coordination with response times under 1ms. An HMI interface supports recipe storage and fault self-diagnosis.
