The NWCB-S is a tea pouch packaging system built for single-use sachets containing tea leaves, tea powder, and similar products. It achieves precise bag-length and seal-position alignment through accurate PID temperature regulation. A stepper motor governs pouch dimensions, while a PLC programmable control system manages operation. Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel to meet hygiene standards, it also supports optional add-ons for date coding and easy-tear features. The machine handles 1–8 g per bag at 30–45 bags per minute, producing inner bags of 100–160 mm film width and outer bags of 120–190 mm. It weighs 500 kg and measures 1050×750×1950 mm.
