Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer Machine
Cold air is filtered by a primary filter, heated by the steam heat exchanger, and fed into the fluid bed air chamber via the inlet. Wet material enters the bed continuously; under the dual action of vibration and uniformly distributed hot air through the air-distribution plate, the material is suspended and contacts the hot airstream for heat-and-mass-transfer drying. Exhaust air is cleaned by the cyclone separator and pulse bag filter before being discharged by the induced draft fan. Dried product exits via the discharge outlet.
