Introduction

It can be used for counting and bottling solid preparations, such as pills, sugar-coated tablets, plain tablets, soft and hard capsules and other shapes of pharmaceutical granules. This machine can be used independently or can be combined with other supporting equipment to form a linked production line, such as Bottle Unscrambler, Cotton Inserter, Capping Machine, Sealing and Labeling Machine, etc.
This product uses the principle of photoelectric induction to count, bottle and transport pharmaceutical particles, and can monitor and set all operating data in real time. As an 8-channel counting machine, the vibrating plate of the workbench is equipped with 8 vibrating V-shaped grooves, which can work simultaneously and use the vibration effect to automatically adjust the particles in the hopper to count one by one.
The machine is equipped with a bottle stop electromagnet on the side of the track to ensure that the bottle stops during filling. When the set quantity is loaded, the electromagnet automatically opens and the bottles are transported on the track. There is also a photoelectric sensor on the left side of the track, which is used to detect whether there are empty bottles waiting for the next bottling job. If there is no bottle, the vibration device will stop working, which enables fully automatic counting.
