Introduction:

It is necessary to label the bottle through the transmission of the track, and distance the bottle by the means of the bottle separating mechanism. After detecting the bottle, the photoelectric sensor will send a signal, and then the transmission system starts to convey labels when getting the signal, in the meanwhile, the tensioning system begins to adjust the tightness of label tape. After printing and label positioning, the label will be pulled out to a certain length. Under the action of the labeling parts and label pressing parts, a label is automatically separated and smoothly stuck on the designated position of the bottle.
The whole machine is made of lightweight aluminum alloy material, which makes the machine light in weight and easy to handle. The housing of the machine is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, which is strong and durable to ensure the stability and durability of the equipment.
