Centrifugal Spray Dryer
Centrifugal Spray Dryer
Air is filtered (initial + medium efficiency) and heated, then enters the air distributor at the dryer top and spirals uniformly into the chamber. Liquid feed is atomized into a fine mist by a high-speed centrifugal atomizer and contacts the hot air co-currently; 95-98% of moisture evaporates within seconds. Finished powder is collected continuously from the bottom of high-efficiency cyclone separators while exhaust gas is discharged via the induced draft fan.
Features:
1. Centrifugal atomizer with frequency control for fine adjustment.
2. Two-stage cyclone separation plus bag filter for high collection rate.
3. Suitable for heat-sensitive pharmaceutical materials.
