Multi-Dimensional Motion Powder Mixing Blender
Multi-Dimensional Motion Powder Mixing Blender
A frequency-conversion brake motor drives the main shaft through a rotating connecting rod to move the drum in compound parallel-shift and rocking motion. Material in the drum undergoes circumferential, radial, and axial three-directional motion, generating eddy flow with varying energy gradients. Material continuously inter-flows, diffuses, and mixes—achieving uniform blending without centrifugal or gravity segregation. Mixing uniformity ≥99.9%.
Features:
1. No centrifugal or gravity segregation; mixing uniformity ≥99.9%.
2. Rapidly and uniformly mixes materials of differing density and particle size.
3. Triangular-swing + translational-rotation principle outperforms conventional V-type and double-cone mixers.
4. Compact, stable operation, low noise.
5. Suitable for batch mixing of components at any ratio.

Applications:
1. High-uniformity blending of pharma dry powders and granules.
2. Trace-additive distribution where density/particle-size segregation is a risk.
3. Pre-tablet press blends.
4. Light-industry and research-lab compound mixing.
