Pharmaceutical Freeze Dryer
Vacuum freeze drying: product is loaded into vials and placed on shelves in the rectangular drying chamber. The chamber is evacuated and the shelves are cooled to freeze the product. Shelf temperature is then raised under vacuum so the frozen moisture sublimes directly from ice to vapor, which is captured by the condenser. Temperature and vacuum level are precisely controlled throughout freeze, primary drying and secondary drying stages. Built to CGMP standards.

6. Shelf temperature control accuracy: ±0.5°C (via PID regulation).
7. Clean-in-Place (CIP) operable in both automatic and manual modes.
8. Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) with safety interlock; pulse pre-heating sterilization.
9. Software system compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
