The freeze dryer that uses sublimation to dry materials. It quickly freezes the material at low temperatures and then sublimates the frozen water molecules in a vacuum environment. This process prevents concentration and oxidation, maintaining the material’s physical and biological properties.
Features:
1. All stainless steel components are fabricated from imported materials, ensuring a high-gloss surface finish on the chamber body and thereby guaranteeing compliance with sterility requirements.
2. The chamber walls possess exceptional structural integrity, ensuring leak-free operation over the long term.
3. Precision machining of the chamber walls guarantees a high degree of flatness, meeting the most exacting standards.
4. The cold trap features an external coil design, resulting in a smooth, seamless interior free of dead spots; this facilitates easy defrosting and ensures absolutely no residual accumulation.
5. The cold trap utilizes a spiral coil configuration, offering a compact structure, highly efficient space utilization, and a large ice-capturing surface area with superior trapping capacity.
