Pulverizer
Our Pulverizing Machines are engineered to deliver precise, repeatable size reduction—from coarse granulation to ultra-fine micronization. Our range includes Universal Crushers, Hammer Mills, Pin Mills, each designed to handle varying material hardness, oil content, and thermal sensitivity.
Our pulverizers prioritize thermal stability and dust containment. By integrating advanced cooling jackets and high-efficiency pulse dust collection systems, we ensure that even heat-sensitive APIs and volatile spices are processed without degradation. Built to strict cGMP standards with mirror-polished 316L stainless steel, our milling solutions offer the perfect balance of high-throughput performance and ease of cleaning validation.

Benefits
Equipped with interchangeable screens, pin disks, or hammer blades, allowing for rapid reconfiguration to achieve various particle size distributions (PSD) within a single unit.
Features a dual-wall chamber design for circulating chilled water or air, effectively managing the heat of friction to protect heat-sensitive materials from degradation or melting.
High-precision motor control allows for step-less adjustment of rotor and classifier speeds, enabling operators to fine-tune the "cut point" for ultra-fine powders during operation.
A sophisticated negative-pressure system integrated with a pulse-jet bag filter and cyclone separator ensures 99.9% dust recovery and a clean, safe working environment.

FAQ
How do I select the right type of mill (Hammer vs. Pin vs. ACM) for my product?
Selection depends on the material’s characteristics and your target fineness. Hammer Mills are best for brittle materials and coarse-to-medium powders. Pin Mills are ideal for oily or fatty materials as they generate less heat. Air Classifier Mills (ACM) are the go-to for ultra-fine powders where precise control over the top-cut (maximum particle size) is required.
How does the machine handle materials with low melting points or high heat sensitivity?
Milling naturally generates friction heat. For heat-sensitive products, we utilize jacketed cooling (circulating chilled water around the grinding chamber) or Air-Cooled designs that introduce high-volume airflow to carry away thermal energy. For extreme cases, we can integrate cryogenic (Liquid Nitrogen) dosing.
What measures are in place to prevent "Dust Explosions" during high-speed milling?
This is a critical safety concern. Our systems can be built to ATEX-compliant specifications, featuring explosion-relief panels, spark detection, and grounded components to eliminate static buildup. Additionally, the enclosed negative-pressure design prevents dust from escaping into the facility.
How do you ensure that the grinding media doesn't contaminate the product?
We use high-grade, hardened stainless steel for all contact parts to minimize abrasive wear. Furthermore, we can install magnetic separators at the discharge outlet to catch any potential ferrous micro-particles, ensuring the final powder meets the highest purity standards.
Can the fineness be adjusted while the machine is running?
On our Air Classifier Mills (ACM), yes. The fineness is controlled by the speed of the internal classifier wheel, which can be adjusted via a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) from the control panel without stopping the machine. For Hammer Mills, a screen change is usually required to significantly alter the particle size.
